The pitfalls of building a beautiful spa
Building
a new spa or updating an existing one takes planning for the spa to be a
beautiful and relaxing place, but more importantly the design has to be
effective and practical to use. Since this is not a cheap undertaking
you need to look at prices, suppliers and budgets. So, how come many
projects are over priced and can’t be finished on time and within
budget?
Besides of careful planning you need to consider
following issues: what do you offer, how do you operate and manage your
spa on a regular basis and how can you implement your plans to improve
customer experience and optimise operations. These are only some of the
questions you should ask your architects and designers.
The
failure of many promising projects is an alarming sign in our industry
and one of the reasons for it is the failing communication between spa
owner and architect.
