Halle Berry would look good in just about any haircut imaginable, but she's rocking an extremely sexy new bob on the cover of Vogue's September issue. Stylist Oribe created the look for her, so to find out how you can get a similarly smokin' style, just keep reading.
- Oribe wanted Halle's hair to be sharp and sleek. "The idea was to get flat, straight hair with soft, moveable bangs to create interest," he says.
- To get this style at a salon, Oribe says to ask for a shorter bob. "The key is that it needs to be tailored to each person, by changing the length of the bangs, for example," he says. "The whole style is about simplicity and strength." Also, always remember to bring in a picture.
- When you're styling your bob at home, Oribe's styling steps are as follows: "First, blow-dry hair straight. Next, apply Soft Lacquer Heat Styling Spray to the hair shaft, and use a flat iron all over. As a last step, smooth any stray hairs with a flat brush.
